Dr. Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Health Sciences degree (honours) from the University of Western Ontario in 2004. He furthered his studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, receiving the Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree in 2008. He is also Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS), an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Furthermore, Dr. Andrew is an Active Release Techniques (ART)certified practitioner.

With a diverse personal background in sports and activity, coupled with extensive scientific and clinical training, he emphasizes and teaches the principles and practices required for an active and healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, by employing the most current scientific research, Dr. Andrew provides effective results for injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, pain-relief, postural correction, and improved athletic performance from recreational to elite levels. Dr. Andrew dedicates himself to providing individual-specific care. The inherent complexity of the human body necessitates sufficient time and effort is given to fully assess and treat each condition. Therefore, Dr. Andrew emphasizes a comprehensive, multi-faceted and holistic treatment approach including:

  • Chiropractic joint mobilization and manipulation techniques
  • Physical therapy modalities such as Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), IFC, EMS, TENS and Ultrasound
  • Soft-tissue therapies including Active Release Techniques (ART), Gua Sha Stripping, myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, acupressure and massage
  • Advanced stretching techniques including static stretching, dynamic and Ballistic Stretching
  • Neurological techniques such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
  • Supportive and Correctional devices and procedures such as Proprioceptive Taping, Foot Orthotics, and bracing.
  • Nutritional and Nutriceutical Supplement interventions
  • Customized rehabilitative exercises
  • Customized exercise and training programs, periodized training programs, proper technique instruction, sport-specific exercise programs, Olympic and power-lifting techniques, and effective home-based exercise options
  • Kettlebell Instruction and programs

These numerous techniques are used in various combinations for the successful treatment of a wide variety of conditions from head to toe.
